GCID teamed up with Seattle based KOR architects on this stunning Indian Wells custom home.  The residence seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, maximizing natural light and embracing the picturesque golf course views. GCID curated a refined, desert-inspired palette that enhances the home’s contemporary architecture while incorporating subtle midcentury influences. Warm, bleached oak cabinetry and ceilings contrast with darker accents to create depth, while thoughtfully selected furnishings—including iconic Vladimir Kagan pieces—add a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. A dynamic sculptural light fixture in the dining area and a mesmerizing interplay of water features throughout the property further enrich the visual experience.

From the floating roof and disappearing glass walls to the tranquil reflecting ponds, every detail is designed to foster a seamless connection to the landscape.
